Your job is to introduce new members of your organisation to the organisation’s approaches on Protection from  Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment (PSEAH); your methods are based on the Core Humanitarian Standard PSEAH Index. Each employee has a role to play to create safe working conditions at the NGO.
